Only the front of the square piece of paper is coloured.
Step 1:I used papers of 3,5x3,5 inch or 9x9 centimeters to
make the fries.
This is the front of the paper, turn the paper.
Step 2:
Make a valley-fold over this line.
Step 3:
Fold the model in half over this line.
Step 4:
And fold the model in half over this line.
Step 5:
Unfold the model completely.
Step 6:
Make a rectangular tube by making valley-folds over these
lines. These lines are already prefolded in step 2 to 4.
You actually just roll the paper up by making valley-folds
over these lines.
Step 7:
Hold the model the same as I do in this picture.
Roll the model completely up by making valley-folds over
these lines.
Step 8:
Press a piece of the end to the inside of the model, see
arrow.
Step 9:
Press the other 3 sides of the end to the inside of the model
too, see the pink arrows.
Step 10:
Now the end of the model is close.
Repeat step 8 and 9 on the other side of the model.
The model won't open by itself anymore after you've made
the folds in step 8 to 10.
The french frie is ready!
You can make fries of different length for variation.
Do this by making a valley-fold over this line first and then
make the frie starting with step 2 until step 10.
