This carrot is pretty easy to fold, but the coloured paper makes it look very realistic.
Step 1:This is the front of the paper,
the backside is completely white.
Turn the paper.
Step 2:
Prefold over this line.
Step 3:
Make a valley-fold over these 2 lines.
Step 4:
Pull the piece indicated by the arrow upwards.
Step 5:
Fold the piece on the left of the yellow line to the right
by making a valley-fold over this line.
Step 6:
Fold the piece of step 4 downwards again over
the (prefolded) yellow line.
Step 7:
The model is still flat now.
Press the model inwards from aside, see arrows.
And now the model is round.
Step 8:
Hold the model the same as I do.
Press the model inwards on the place indicated
by the green arrow.
Step 9:
Press the model inwards on more places,
see arrows.
Step 10:
Press the model further inwards from all angles
on the place indicated by the arrows. Then, twist
this place clockwise a little.
The model can't open by itself anymore after you've
done this.
Step 11:
Pull the green piece open a little on the places indicated
by the 2 large arrows. Then make a valley-fold on the
tip of the model, see small arrow.
