Both sides of the square piece of paper are coloured.
Step 1:This is one side of the paper.
Turn the paper.
Step 2:
Make a mountain-fold over the red line.
Step 3:
Make a valley-fold over this line.
Make the same fold on the backside of the model.
Step 4:
Pull the piece you made in step 3 back a bit.
Step 5:
Make a valley-fold over this line.
Make this fold over both layers of the model.
Step 6:
Unfold the fold you made in step 5.
Now you made a help-line for the folds in step 7.
Step 7:
Make a valley-fold over the line below and a mountain-fold
over the line on top. Make these folds over one layer
of the model.
Make the same folds on the backside of the model.
The corner at the arrow has gone downwards after
you made these folds.
Step 8:
Fold the loose piece back by making a valley-fold
over the red line.
Step 9:
Make a mountain-fold on the corner on the left, see
the short red line.
Make the same fold on the backside of the model.
Step 10:
Make a mountain-fold over this line.
Make the same fold on the backside of the model.
Step 11:
Open the piece at the arrow, by pulling it upwards.
Step 12:
Make an inside reverse fold by making a mountain-fold
over the red line and a valley-fold over the same line
on the backside of the model.
Push the corner at the arrow to the left while you
make these folds.
Step 13:
Make a mountain-fold over the line on the right.
Make the same fold on the backside of the model.
Then open the model at the bottom by pulling the
left- and right-side of the bottom to the left and right.
The speedboat is ready!
