Make these folds over both layers of the model.

And make a valley-fold over these 2 lines.
Make these folds over all layers of the model.
Step 6:
Fold the top of the tie to the right by making a
mountain-fold over the short yellow line.
Step 7:
Fold the end of the model to the left by making a
valley-fold over this short line.
Step 8:
Make a mountain-fold over this short line.
Step 9:
And make a mountain-fold over this line.
