ORIGAMI TOWER
This origami tower is made of 2 pieces of paper: One paper for the tower and one paper
for the roof.
Step 1:
This paper is for the tower. Only the front is coloured.
Turn the paper.
Step 2:
Make a valley-fold over these 2 lines.
Step 3:
Turn the paper.
Step 4:
Make a valley-fold over these 2 lines.
Step 5:
Fold the edges of the model back to the outside of the model
by making a valley-fold over these 2 lines.
Step 6:
Add a little glue between the edges, see arrows.
Then press on the model from above until the glue is dry.
Step 7:
Turn the model.
Step 8:
Make a valley-fold over this line.
Step 9:
Make a valley-fold over the blue line. Make this fold
not further then the bottom end of this blue line.
Step 10:
Hold the piece that you've folded to the left in step 9
down with one finger, see the picture on the left.
Then press the piece indicated with the arrow downwards,
so everything becomes flat.
Step 11:
On the right in this picture is the result of the folds from
step 9 and 10.
Repeat step 9 and 10 on the other side of the model,
see the blue line.
Step 12:
Add glue to the place indicated by the blue line on the right.
Then glue this part (at the blue line) to the backside of
the edge indicated with the 2 arrows.
Hold the model in place until the glue is dry.
Step 13:
The first piece of the origami tower is ready...
Step 14:
This piece is for the roof of the tower.
The backside of this paper is white.
Make a mountain-fold over the blue line.
Step 15:
Roll the model up by laying the piece at the dot on the left
on the backside of the place indicated with the dot on the
right.
Step 16:
Keep holding the model like this until step 17.
Fold the end indicated with the arrow to the inside of the
model by making a mountain-fold over the blue line.
Step 17:
Now fold the piece indicated with this arrow to the inside of
the model by making a mountain-fold over the blue line.
If more pieces are sticking outside the model, you can
fold them to the inside of the model too.
Step 18:
In most cases the model doesn't open by itself anymore
after you made the folds in step 16 and 17.
But you can glue the piece indicated with the arrow to the
rest of the model if you like.
Step 19:
The roof of the origami tower is ready...

Step 20:
Place the roof on the top of the tower, see arrows.
The origami tower is ready!
