Only the front of the square piece of paper is coloured.
Step 1:
This is the front of the paper.
Turn the paper.
Step 2:
Make mountain- and valley-folds over the 4 lines.
Unfold each fold after you made one.
Step 3:
First, make 2 valley-folds below, on the right.
Then, make 2 mountain-folds in the middle.
And make 2 valley-folds on top, on the left.
Now you get a basic-shape.
Step 4:
Make these 2 folds over the upper 2 layers of the model.
Step 5:
Unfold the folds you made in step 4.
Step 6:
Pull the end at the arrow up by making a valley-fold
over the red line.
Step 7:
Flatten the edges on the left and right, see arrows.
Use the folds you made in step 4 as help-lines.
Step 8:
Now the model looks like this.
Repeat step 4 to 7 on the back of the model.
Step 9:
Turn the model, so the 2 white ends are on top.
Step 10:
Make an inside-reverse fold over the 3 red lines.
The pieces at the arrows are against each other
after you made this inside-reverse fold.
Step 11:
Make the same fold you made in step 10
on the end that is indicated with the yellow arrow.
Step 12:
Make a valley-fold over the 2 red lines.
Step 13:
Repeat step 12 on the other white end.
Step 14:
Make an inside-reverse fold over the
3 red lines, see arrow.
Step 15:
Make an inside-reverse fold over these 3 lines, see arrow.
The wing goes a bit down when you make the folds
of step 14 and 15.
Step 16:
Repeat step 14 and 15 for the other wing.
Step 17:
Make a valley-fold over the line on the right and a
mountain-fold over the line on the left.
Make these folds over the upper 2 layers of the model.
Make the same 2 folds as above on the other side of
the head.
Step 18:
Fold the tip to the inside over the short red line.
Step 19:
Flatten the tip by making a valley-fold over the red line.
and a mountain-fold on the other side of the head.

Step 20:
Hold the model at the red dot between 2 fingers and
flatten the black piece by pressing on it (see arrows)
with your other hand.

Step 21:
Make a mountain-fold on the short end in the middle
of the model.
