MODULAR ORIGAMI CHRISTMAS WREATH
I used 8 papers of about 9x9 centimeters or 3,5x3,5 inch to fold this christmas wreath.
The backside of the papers doesn't need to be coloured.
Step 1:
Make a mountain-fold over this line.
Step 2:
Fold the model in half over this line.
Step 3:
Fold the piece above the red red downwards by making
a valley-fold over this line.
Make this fold over all layers of the model.
Step 4:
The red piece has the same length as the yellow piece,
see the lines on the right.
Step 5:
I made 4 dark-green pieces and 4 lighter green pieces.
Step 6:
Insert the end of the lighter green piece (see arrow on
the left) in the opening of the dark-green piece, see
arrow on the right.
Step 7:
Repeat step 6 with this light-green piece.
Step 8:
Repeat step 6 two more times with these 2 pieces.
Step 9:
Repeat step 6 three times with these pieces.
Step 10:
This is the final piece that is connected to the model.
Connect the ends indicated with the 2 large arrows to
each other. And connect the ends indicated with the
2 smaller arrows to each other.
Ready!
You can glue this origami bow to the wreath for decoration.
